When creating a website it is important to incorporate your own personal style. A full width Elementor slider is a great way to add eye catching style that will keep your users engaged with your site and content. Here is a step-by-step process to add a beautiful slider to your WordPress website!
What You Will Need
1. Open Elementor Page Editor
In the Elementor page editor, click on the Add New Section button.
In the column structure section, select the single column option.
2. Elementor Slider Widget
Once your new section has been created, click and drag the Slides widget in the Elementor Widget dashboard into your created section.
As you can see the Slides widget is not fully stretched to the edge of the section. We will have to make some edits to the section.
3. Edit Section
Click on this icon at the top of the section to edit.
In the Edit Section window on the left, do these two things:
- Enable the Section Stretch option.
- In the Content Width option, select Full Width.
4. Edit Column
Click on this icon to edit the column within the section.
Navigate to the Advanced section and set the padding to 0px
5. Edit Page Settings
The last step is to change the page settings as a whole. Click on the gear to access the page settings. Under Page Layout select Elementor Full Width.
Click update and you are done! You can now edit your Elementor full width slider with your own unique content and style!
