When it comes to your online shop – the more product information, the better. Thanks to WooCommerce, additional information can be added to any merchandise page on your website with relative ease. Besides the boilerplate product details (name, image, price and short description), Woocommerce gives you the option to add three more tabs: add new tab woocommerce product page

- Additional Information (This displays the attributes of your product)
- Product Review Tab
What if you want to display more information? That task can be accomplished in two ways. You can either code the additional tabs you want to add (but this can be difficult for those who do not know how to code) or you can use a WordPress plugin. Why reinvent the wheel when ssomeone has done that for you? In this tutorial I will show you how to add custom tabs in WooCommerce.
What You Will Need?
1. Download Plugin
In the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins -> Add New. In the search bar, enter “Custom Product Tabs For WooCommerce.” Install and Activate.
2. Edit Product
In the Edit Product page for your desired product, scroll down to the Product Data section near the bottom of the page and click on the newly added Custom Tabs tab.
In this tab, fill out the tab Tab Title and Tab Content. Once finished, click on the Save Tabs button. Finally, click the Update button in the publish section.
As you can see, you have just added a custom tab in WooCommerce. You can now add as many tabs as you would like.
Remember, when it comes to online sales, the more information you can give your customer, the better. Having this new tool in your WooCommerce arsenal will inform your customer and will better incline them to purchase your product.
